Pure, Undiluted, Unadulterated, FRESH, RAW, COW BUTTER  (Man Shanu) and ONION-FRIED COW BUTTER (GHEE)

COW BUTTER/GHEE (Man Shanu) can be used the same way you use butter or cooking oil and is believed to be much better for baking purposes than butter. Simply substitute butter with equal proportions of COW BUTTER/GHEE (Man Shanu) in warm and hot dishes.

Ghee should last for a few months stored at room temperature. To make your ghee last longer, refrigerate it. Though its texture will be harder if you choose this option. ■
